Prior to the establishment of Carriston, key members of our leadership team were instrumental in delivering a major residential land project at 22 Campbell Street, Grantham Farm.
This $32 million development involved the strategic acquisition of an unregistered 24-lot site (average 300 sqm each), which was successfully sold off-the-plan as house-and-land packages.
The land has now been registered, and construction is currently progressing on schedule, with multiple homes underway.
